Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist at Elk River of Fayetteville in Fayetteville, TN to provide compassionate, resident-centered therapy within a welcoming nursing center. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and revisions to plans of care under physician supervision to support resident wellbeing.

Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure per state and national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and therapy programs.
• Screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning experience.

Responsibilities
