Job summary

WellSpan Health in York, PA, is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, hearing, and oral-motor disorders. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide direct patient care in a rehab setting.

Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CF, licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and Basic Life Support. Prior experience is not required, but a strong clinical foundation is expected.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in speech-language pathology required.
• Graduate of an accredited program in speech-language pathology.
• CCC or CF (clinical fellowship) required or upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Examines, tests, diagnoses and treats speech, language, hearing and swallowing disorders.
• Reports progress and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides patient and family instruction for therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborates with team to meet goals and ensures infection control standards.
• Documents care and maintains patient records per policy.
