Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a part-time role to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities across our care settings.

You will design and implement individualized rehab plans, deliver therapies, and monitor progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. You’ll also educate patients and families to promote independence and optimal communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits.
• Design rehab plans and deliver the plan with patients.
• Collaborate with team and referrals to ensure patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Adapt to various settings and keep moving through the day.
