Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to assist patients in regaining communication and swallowing abilities across skilled nursing and outpatient settings.

You will design and deliver rehab plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive daily living. We offer mentorship for new grads, flexible scheduling, and access to free CEUs through Medbridge.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or equivalent, ASHA-consistent.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rehab plans to help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Be adaptable and move between settings while supporting patient needs.
