Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP or SLP-CF, an active state license, and a current healthcare BLS certification; hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Active state license to practice speech-language pathology in the anticipated state of employment.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or SLP-CFs considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, plan and implement treatment for patients with disorders of speech, language, cognition, swallowing and related services prescribed by a physician.
• Assist in developing and implementing new and ongoing programs beneficial for the department.
