Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech/Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required.
• Occasionally a position will require specialized speech/language pathology experience to meet a particular departmental need.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language pathology services to patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Consult with other professionals to maximize patient independence.
