Job summary

Providence Home Health in Oregon is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (24 hours/week) to cover Salem and surrounding areas including Albany, Turner, Dallas, West Salem, Lebanon, Corvallis and Philomath.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to improve communication and swallowing abilities while supporting independence.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Oregon license to practice SLP upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• Specialized SLP experience may be required for department needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language pathology services to patients/clients.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Consult with the care team to promote independence and functional outcomes.

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology

Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License

National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
