Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Michigan licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• BLS certification required or current.
• Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
