Job summary

The Orchard at Big Rapids is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house team in a SNF/LTC setting. Pay starts at $50.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

Ideal candidates will have LTC/SNF background and familiarity with Net Health. Responsibilities include evaluating residents for swallowing, speech, language, and cognitive deficits; developing treatment plans; educating residents, families, and caregivers; and ensuring proper documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with geriatric population is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents for swallowing, speech, language, and cognitive deficits.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

The Orchard at Big Rapids is looking for you a consistent PRN or Part time SLP to join our in-house team. Under new ownership!

Pay starts at $50.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work primarily in a SNF/LTC setting, providing essential speech therapy services to older adults and geriatrics with communication Stroke, swallowing and a number of other issues. This role requires a deep understanding of speech therapy techniques and patient assessment

Ideal candidates will have experience with LTC and SNF and a background using Net Health

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents for swallowing, speech, language, and cognitive deficits.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
