Job summary

The Orchards at Lapeer is seeking a Part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Michigan. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients in a LTC/SNF setting, with emphasis on accurate documentation and collaboration with families and the care team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in LTC/SNF environments and familiarity with billing systems such as Net Health and PCC. This PRN position offers flexible hours and opportunities to gain additional field experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTC/SNF settings.
• Experience with billing systems Net Health and PCC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address disorders.
• Provide speech therapy services in LTC/SNF settings.
• Utilize Net Health and PCC billing systems to manage patient records and billing.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
