Job summary

TransPerfect Health is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in Senior Living and Skilled Nursing settings across the United States.

Ideal candidates are newly licensed or nearing retirement and will receive onboarding and ongoing mentorship. Competitive hourly pay ranges with full benefits are offered, along with licensure reimbursement and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Speech Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited speech therapy program.
• ASHA accreditation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies.
• Help optimize functional independence and quality of life for aging population.
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education.
• Develop robust therapy program in collaboration with Director of Rehabilitation.
• Follow infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and prioritize patient care.
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform duties with moderate to heavy physical demands.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program
