Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to advance clinical expertise within a transdisciplinary pediatric care model in California. You’ll participate in a Clinical Ladder Program, receive mentorship, and contribute to a collaborative team delivering life-changing therapy to children and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, professional development, and a patient-centered approach with opportunities for growth across levels and programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in practicing state(s) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a holistic, transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families, ensuring strategies extend beyond therapy sessions into daily life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to enhance leadership and professional growth.
