Tarrant County College District (TCCD) seeks an Adjunct Instructor in Speech to support the SE Communications department at the Southeast Campus. This part-time role involves teaching multiple modalities and maintaining an active, engaging classroom that fosters student success.

The incumbent will design and deliver lectures, develop assessments, and leverage college resources and technology to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Communications or Master’s with 18 graduate hours in Speech, Communications, or related field
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on varied schedules and modalities (On-Campus, Online or Weekend)
• Prepare and deliver instruction using the Master Syllabus and LMS
• Communicate with students and college officials via email and meetings
• Develop assignments and assessments to meet learning outcomes
• Maintain attendance and certify enrollments by deadlines
• Provide timely feedback and post grades in the LMS as required
• Assist in program assessment and student learning outcomes
