Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor in Speech for South Campus. The role supports student success through teaching across varied modalities, using the college's resources and educational technologies.

Reporting to the SO Communications department, the instructor collaborates with colleagues to deliver outcomes-based instruction. The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech Communication or related field, with experience in diverse teaching environments

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Communication or Communications (or equivalent).
Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
18 graduate hours in Speech Communication or Communications (if using the 18-hour path).

Responsibilities

Teach classes based on varied schedules and modalities (on-campus, online, dual credit or weekends).
Prepare and deliver instruction using the Master Syllabus and LMS.
Communicate with students and college officials regularly.
Manage attendance, enrollments, and grade submissions by deadlines.
Develop and maintain an engaging classroom environment that supports student learning.
