Job summary

Tri-County Technical College invites applications for an adjunct faculty position in the Arts & Sciences Division. The successful candidate will teach courses with planned instruction, maintain student records, and assign grades for enrolled students. Adjuncts may teach up to 12 credit hours per term across day, evening, online, or hybrid formats.

Spring 2027 start and a background check are required. This is a part-time, on-campus role with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires teaching experience at a community college level.
• Experience using active and collaborative learning strategies.
• Experience implementing assessments to measure student learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses using planned instruction and assess student progress.
• Maintain records of attendance and grades, and assign final grades.
• Start date at Spring 2027; teach day/evening, online or hybrid classes as needed.
