Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher to join a part-time, school-based team in Cologne, MN. You will support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs and help them achieve academic and personal success.

You will collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized learning experiences that foster growth, confidence, and achievement in an inclusive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field is required.
• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license and PELSB.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs and goals.
• Provide specialized instruction to diverse learners.
• Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with general ed teachers and related service providers.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and document student performance.
