Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher to join a part-time, school-based team in Cologne, MN. You will support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs and help them achieve academic and personal success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field is required.
• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license and PELSB.

As a Special Education Teacher, you will collaborate with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized learning experiences that foster growth, confidence, and achievement in an inclusive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license
• PELSB
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and support staff

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements
