Job summary

InfuCare Rx is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician in Boynton Beach, FL. You will assist pharmacists in compounding and dispensing medications, communicating with caregivers, physicians, and stakeholders to ensure accurate deliveries.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle sterile compounding where applicable, maintain logs, and support inventory and purchasing, all while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a current and in good standing state license in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies using appropriate techniques.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations to obtain correct doses.
• Demonstrate safety, sterile product processing and infection control in daily activities.
• Dispense products and record in pharmacy management software to generate delivery documents.
• Ensure a licensed pharmacist on duty properly checks all outgoing prescriptions prior to delivery.
