Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom activities and materials under supervision to support objectives and IEP goals.
• Provides first aid and medical assistance as instructed to meet health needs.
• Assists students with self-care activities to maintain personal hygiene.
• Attends job-specific trainings to acquire and convey job-related information.
• Collects data to support teachers and prepare reports.
• Communicates with supervising staff to evaluate progress and implement IEP objectives.
• Implements behavioral plans under supervision to reinforce learning and social skills.
• Maintains instructional materials and records to ensure availability and compliance.
• Monitors students across environments to maintain a safe learning space.
• Provides instruction in individual and group activities to reinforce objectives and IEP goals.
• Attends meetings and in-service presentations for information related to job functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient operations.
