X-TREME CARE in Peekskill, NY is seeking a SPANISH speaking Registered Nurse to join as the HHA Instructor on a part-time basis. The role focuses on delivering and certifying DOH approved HHA and PCA training across our service area.

Responsibilities include managing orientation, teaching and evaluating courses, developing the training program and ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• NY State RN license required.
• 1 year home care experience required.
• 2+ years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage orientation, teaching and evaluating DOH Approved HHA and PCA Certification courses.
• Train, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional home care.
• Develop and coordinate the Home Health training program and in-service trainings.
• Maintain a training program compliant with quality management and health/safety standards.
