Willow Creek Community Church in Lincolnshire, IL, seeks a Part-Time Willow Español Pastor to guide our growing Spanish-speaking community at the South Lake Campus. This role offers 20 hours per week and a chance to shepherd people and develop leaders in a multicultural church setting.

You will cast vision, lead weekend services, provide pastoral care, and invest in volunteers while partnering with campus leadership to unite our church around one mission: helping people take their next step with

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in faith-based leadership and discipleship.
• Ability to recruit and empower volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shepherd Willow Español congregation through pastoral care and Sunday gatherings.
• Cast vision and build a healthy, Christ-centered ministry aligned with Willow's mission.
• Develop and equip volunteer leaders and small group leaders.
• Build bridges across ministries and campuses as we become one multicultural church.
• Perform pastoral responsibilities including prayer, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and other ministry opportunities as needed.
