Job summary

Iglesia Roca Viva in Deltona, FL seeks a Spirit-led, Spanish-speaking Pastor to shepherd and grow our church, with a strong focus on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) ideal for someone who is bi-vocational or retired yet deeply committed to ministry and the advancement of the Gospel.

Qualifications

• Meet the basic pastoral requirements established by the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
• Demonstrate a strong, mature faith in Jesus Christ with a consistent and trustworthy testimony.
• Have some level of experience serving in a small church setting and/or involvement in church planting.
• Be able to provide two references from previous pastors or ministry leaders who can speak to their character, ministry experience, and leadership.
