BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. You will help develop independence and positive behavior with evidence-based practices, and you will receive comprehensive training.

No prior experience is required; positions start part-time with flexibility for afternoon/evening hours, and you’ll gain meaningful real-world experience in psychology while supporting families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.
