Kansas Behavior Supports is seeking a Spanish-speaking Behavior Coach for Children in the Kansas City area. This part-time role offers paid training and a chance to help children with Autism develop essential skills in their homes or local communities.

You will work with a clinical team to implement plans, record data, and support families. No prior ABA experience is required, and flexibility is emphasized to fit student schedules and family needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities
