Job summary

Kansas Behavior Supports in the Kansas City area is seeking a Spanish-speaking Behavior Coach for Children. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, supporting independence and positive behaviors while documenting progress.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; many positions offer part-time hours with afternoon or evening availability and same-day pay options through our payroll system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
