Job summary

Kansas Behavior Supports in the Kansas City area seeks a Spanish-speaking Behavior Coach for Children to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No experience required; full training provided and you will join a supportive clinical team.

This part-time entry-level role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, a focus on helping children with autism, and the chance to gain hands-on experience while you complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Act as part of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment.
