Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Spanish or a Master's with 18 graduate hours in Spanish.
• Experience with college policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• T each assigned courses to enrolled students in various modalities.
• Develop and implement lesson plans with pre- and post-assessments.
• Complete reports and mandatory trainings by due dates.
• Respond to student and colleague inquiries within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with faculty to assess teaching strategies and improve programs.
• Maintain student records and department data.
• Address issues within scope and refer complex problems appropriately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
