Job summary

Fairmont Pittsburgh is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver massage and body treatments in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner while representing the brand values and Accor. You will maintain treatment rooms, manage guest records, and ensure a courteous guest experience that supports overall guest satisfaction.

You will contribute to daily and monthly treatment targets, maintain guest confidentiality, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless spa experience for all

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist in Pennsylvania is required.
• Certification from an accredited school of Massage is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and shift work.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Spa Policy & SOPs.
• Perform massage and body treatments professionally and hygienically.
• Act as an ambassador for the spa and Accor values.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
• Manage guest appointments and ensure timely, attentive service.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and safety at all times.
• Contribute to daily and monthly retail or treatment targets.
