Hilton is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver professional massages and body treatments, creating memorable experiences that reflect the light and warmth of hospitality. You’ll delight guests, customize services, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across all treatment spaces.

Responsibilities include performing treatments per menu, maintaining documentation, managing supplies, and supporting daily spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Massage therapy experience or licensed massage practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
