The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Massage Therapist to join our Well Spa + Salon team, delivering customized massage and bodywork to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

As part of our spa team, you will maintain clean treatment rooms, tailor sessions to guest needs, and stay current with modalities, licensing, and wellness trends. This role is Part-Time with commission-based pay, plus $15/hour training pay, and requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current state license or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Previous spa or wellness center experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of various massage modalities and their benefits.
• Ability to adapt treatments to guest needs and requests.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other techniques.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and tailor services accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms and equipment.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety during all massage sessions.
• Promote spa products and additional treatments to enhance guest wellness.
• Document guest preferences and treatment notes as required.
• Stay current with trends, certifications, and state licensing requirements.
