Kohler Co. operates a world-class spa in Green Bay, WI, onsite. We seek a compassionate spa professional to deliver therapeutic treatments, greet guests, and upsell services and products to enhance wellness and beauty.

Shifts run 7:00am–9:00pm weekdays and weekends on a part-time basis. A Wisconsin massage license is required, Sunday availability is mandatory, and sponsorship is not offered. Competitive commission is based on individual sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a Massage License in the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
• Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare
