Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests from Spa Reception to men’s locker area; explain facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool, fitness center, and women’s locker room.
• Transport dirty linens to hotel laundry; stock Spa with clean linens.
• Assist with general Spa/Salon cleanliness and upkeep.
• Research lost & found items for Spa guests.
• Know Spa and hotel information to answer guest questions.
• Present a professional image per grooming and appearance policies.
• Follow environmental standards for waste and recycling.
