• Support spa operations by maintaining cleanliness in all guest and employee areas
• Keep the break room clean and organized at all times
• Greet guests warmly and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
• Uphold Woodhouse brand standards in every detail
• Communicate effectively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service
