Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a Part Time Spa Attendant to maintain a pristine locker room and spa environment, ensuring guests can relax and enjoy their wellness experience. You will provide prompt, courteous service, handle cleaning tasks, stock supplies, and follow safety and audit standards while supporting a welcoming guest experience at WELL Spa.

This role requires attention to detail, reliable transportation, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience in a full service hotel environment is preferred.
• Must have great customer service experience.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and handle trash to maintain locker room cleanliness.
• Work with cleaning products and chemicals.
• Stock restrooms with necessary supplies.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
