Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is seeking an Outlets Host to greet guests, escort to tables, hand menus, and support dining room operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in English is essential; ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with POS and cash handling experience a plus.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in English for guest requests, memos, and reservations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted on occasion and move through crowded spaces to seat guests.
• Ability to work flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive; ensure even distribution of tables for each server.
• Escort guests to tables, hand them menus, wine list, and inform guests of specials.
• Receive, record, and arrange reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
• Communicate table numbers and guest counts to the server; assist with to-go orders as needed.
• Assist wait staff and bus staff and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
