Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a Part Time Spa Attendant for the WELL Spa. You will keep locker rooms and spa facilities pristine, support guest wellness experiences, and ensure a serene environment.

The role focuses on timely, courteous service, adherence to cleanliness standards, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hotel housekeeping or spa experience is preferred, with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience in a full service hotel environment is preferred.
• Must have great customer service experience.
• Enjoys proactively using their creativity to personalize the guest experience.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and handle trash to maintain locker room cleanliness.
• Work with cleaning products and chemicals.
• Stock restrooms with necessary supplies.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
