Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where the attorney will practice.
• Experience in civil litigation, consumer protection, arbitration, contract disputes, construction litigation, or plaintiff-side representation.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case-management skills.
• Ability to evaluate documentary evidence and develop practical litigation strategies.
• Professional judgment and the ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and experts.
• An interest in solar financing, home improvement disputes, or emerging consumer litigation issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential claims involving solar financing, installation agreements, dealer fees, and consumer protection issues.
• Assist with the development and management of arbitration and litigation matters.
• Review contracts, financing documents, sales representations, technical reports, and supporting evidence.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with the broader legal team.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, demand letters, discovery requests, motions, and arbitration submissions, as appropriate.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and review completed technical solar analyses.
• Manage assigned matters in accordance with applicable court rules, arbitration requirements, and professional obligations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on a substantial portfolio of cases, including opportunities for coordinated settlement efforts.
