Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory seeks a Special Projects Coordinator for the Social Ministries Greater Cincinnati unit. This non-exempt, part-time role (25 hours/week, Monday–Friday) screens, assesses, and serves clients across Share the Light, Summer Camp, Sweet Cheeks, and related projects while supporting the Food Pantry.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
• One year of project/program oversight.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word/Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide information about programs.
• Screen, assess, and provide services to clients for program needs.
• Coordinate Share the Light year-round, monitor funding, attend meetings, and submit invoices.
• Maintain client database and prepare data/statistical reports.
• Stock and maintain Food Pantry; support department staff and partners.
