You will shape a content calendar, track performance data, and collaborate with clinical and recruiting teams to tell timely stories that resonate with families navigating the ABA world. This role offers creative freedom and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form video content; show portfolio or samples.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends across platforms.
• Ability to work in-person on-site in Colorado Springs for filming and collaboration.
• Excellent storytelling instincts to convey messages in under 60 seconds.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for multiple platforms.
• Shape and execute a content calendar aligned with milestones and events.
