Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a SOC Security Analyst to support RSOC/GSOC operations across client sites in a regional capacity. The role involves monitoring security systems, coordinating incident responses, and producing concise reports for leadership.

It is on-site with weekend and weekday shifts, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates possess security operations experience, familiarity with GDPR data protection, and proficiency in Windows/Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security operations experience or equivalent 24x7 environment.
• Experience in basic security analysis, incident assessment and triaging reports.
• Proficiency in IT applications and data entry with 25 wpm speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of security systems components and GDPR data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following safety procedures and client policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct patrols and execute RSOC/GSOC standard operating procedures.
• Monitor cameras and access control; coordinate actions to incidents and alarms.
• Prepare written reports for GPS management and log all events meticulously.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external responders during incidents.
