Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in stores across the Salt Lake City area. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while engaging store personnel and shoppers.

This role requires local driving, physical work, and adherence to merchandising standards. Flexible schedule includes early starts and weekend availability, with mileage reimbursement and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to drive own vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving products as needed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence as the face of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
