Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Utah. You will represent iconic brands, stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad to keep items in stock while delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.

Applicants should be 18+, have a valid license, and be able to lift moderate loads. This role requires local travel, early start times, and a strong retail background.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs, and perform repetitive movement.
• Previous retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Heber, UT; secondary location Park City, UT.
• Schedule: Tuesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday; 5:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merch events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & compliant, including lifting and moving products.
