Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store, build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays. You will ensure products are in stock, capture display photos, and manage orders via iPad and Salesforce.

The role requires flexible early-morning hours, weekend and holiday availability, driving your own vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid auto insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Puyallup, WA; secondary locations: Tacoma–Orting.
• Open availability including weekends/holidays; 5–6 AM start times.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
