Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in the Queen Creek area to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our brands are displayed and ready to shine with flexible hours.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs with occasional heavier lifting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting and moving products as required.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, performing physical tasks as needed.
