Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are well-presented and ready to shine across assigned stores with a flexible schedule.

Daily responsibilities include merchandising according to DSD principles, photos of displays, and maintaining relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid state driver’s license.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Must perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of San Antonio, TX; Helotes, TX is a secondary location.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Start Time: 05:00 AM; 20-25 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Provide outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physically demanding environment.
