Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in the New Orleans area. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit with a flexible schedule.

You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready for shoppers, while following merchandising principles and safety guidelines. Prior retail experience and a valid driver\'s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver\'s license from the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move product; occasional 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of New Orleans, LA; 20–25 hours per week availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches.
• Capture display photos and follow DSD merchandising principles.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Rotate stock and ensure brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules for efficient coverage with RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and perform physical duties such as lifting and moving products.
