Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and engage store staff. You will represent iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz, ensuring product visibility and adherence to merchandising guidelines.

Daily store visits, photo capture of displays, and collaboration with sales reps are required. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, drive to multiple locations, and work weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
