Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store around Clanton, AL and nearby Prattville. You’ll build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays so shoppers find Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!

where they expect them. Daily duties include store visits, capturing displays, ordering product via iPad, and reporting insights to the RTM.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in grocery or mass merchandisers preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for state of residence.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily store targets.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move stock as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visible brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance.
• Follow daily RTM-driven schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with lifting and movement requirements.
