Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock and easily accessible for shoppers.

The role involves driving to multiple store locations around Alabaster, AL, lifting up to 25 lbs, following RTM plans, and using iPad/Salesforce for ordering and display implementation.

Qualifications

• Face of Mondelēz in-store, professional and positive.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and provide own insurance.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs.
• Must live within 25 miles of Alabaster, AL; schedule includes Sunday, Monday, Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and compliance during shelf replenishment and movement.
