Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 25 lbs, 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos via DMI, follow RTM plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety standards, including lifting and moving products as needed.
